Far from everything and everyone, an old man close to his death has finaly decided to end the work of his life : this book he worked on almost his entire youth whithout managing to finish it.
The task didn't become easier but his experience will offer him a new vision on his life in this winter and endless sleepless night.

My work

I wrote this french short story for a contest on the sleepless night theme. It's an introspective story where I put myself in the skin of an older me, gnawed by artistic and social failures.

Thanks to this short, I recieved the first prize of my region and was selected to the national selection though I wasn't retained.
